Top 5 Fitness Youtube Channels

This post is based on my own experience. I have tried many sports, gym. Still, home fitness has brought me the greatest results. 

That’s why I will review my favorite Fitness influencers.

Of course, many gym lovers look amazing and this brings them great benefits, but if you don’t have the opportunity or desire, the house is the best place for privacy and comfortable workouts.

Because of the quarantine, all gyms were closed and all adherents of a healthy lifestyle had to rebuild their approach to training. 

Thanks to tik tok, I and many others learned about Chloe Ting(over 20 million YouTube subscribers). Her two-week ABS Workout Challenge was especially popular back then. She was literally the starting point for hundreds of people who wanted to start moving during quarantine. 

I exercised by her videos for 2 months. I lost weight, the abs began to appear.

Pros

  • Motivation throughout the video. Some have only music or a minimum of music and only talk. Chloe has everything in moderation. At the right moments she encourages, you always understand when to move on to the next task and she explains very well the way of doing the exercises.
  • She offers several levels of difficulty for almost every exercise. Doing her workouts you get terribly tired, a minimum of rest, and by the 15th minute you are already exhausted. Therefore, it is really convenient that you can use the same muscle group with a lighter version of the exercise.
  • On her website you will find a lot of challenges, from 10 minutes to an hour for different parts of the body. You choose a program and certain videos are given for each day (there are mandatory and there are additional ones that can be performed for a better result). They take several weeks. And trust me, don’t take on many challenges at once. First one then the other, and so gradually.
  • With little or no equipment, everything you need to have: a rug and fortitude.

Cons

  • I would not recommend it to beginners, although if you really want to give your best Chloe Ting will suit you.
  • You may well gain muscle mass, but certainly your figure will be closer to the result you want.

Suitable for those who are not afraid of trials, and for people with good endurance. Exercising so intensely, even for an hour a day, is rather tedious. 

But if you don’t try, you don’t know. I’m sure you will succeed!

An excellent fitness instructor with a cool dog. If you want to spend 20-30 minutes with benefit and positiveness, you should come to her.

Almost 3 million subscribers on Youtube. Tons of new Summer Shred workouts. And the just released App: LEAN with Lilly. Workouts, products, journaling&habut tracker- all of that you can find there. 

Pros

  • It is very pleasant to exercise with her. Music in the background and constant communication, it encourages and gives direction. Thanks to this, a constant surge of strength.
  • She has her degree&practiced as a Physiotherapist. 
  • She has a lot of good workouts for legs and abs. Of course, the rest of the body too, but that’s exactly what I want to cover. I had big problems with dip hips, it took a lot of time and effort to improve what I didn’t like. Lily helped me with this. Also awesome Inner Thighs Fat Burn exercises.
  • From the beginner to intermediate level. 
  • She also has Challenges. But the convenience is that it is better to choose several videos on your own for different parts of the body. 
  • Can be performed along with exercises from other sites, because with Lily it is easy and not exhausting at all. There are forces left for anything, and the result is worth the effort.
  • 30 minute videos on fat burn. If you want to lose weight, this is very effective.

Cons

  • You can get lost among all these videos and it’s hard to find the right one for you.
  • Sometimes she suggests exercises with equipment and does not warn about it. Of course, you don’t have to use anything if you don’t have it at your fingertips.

I would recommend her workouts for everyone. Especially for people who want to sculpt their body. 

Pamela Reif

The most convenient playlists for all types of load and body parts. There are interesting dance workouts for those who want to escape from the boring everyday life. After such workout you will feel positive and full of energy. Although at first it is probably uncomfortable and you will be squeezed.

Channel with 7.41 mil followers. She also has a food channel, where she shares her recipes for proper nutrition.

Pros

  • On average, one workout takes 10 minutes. It passes unnoticed and you can calmly do the next one.
  • Beginner Friendly, Medium level and Intense workouts. Right on the main page you can choose your level and start your journey.
  • Live and Dance workouts. Quite unusual sections. Usually I hesitate about what I’m not sure about. For example, dancing as a workout is not particularly attractive for me, although as a former dancer I know that it use all muscle groups and there is a very good fat burning.
  • Stretching is an important part of any workout routine. If you want not to pump up but to reduce your legs, then never forget about stretching. It is for tight muscles, flexibility & mobility.
  • There is also a place for men on her channel.
  • Equipment: she also has dumbbell and resistant band workout. 

Cons

  • Only music and because of this sometimes you miss the moments when to step on to a new exercise and which one will be next. It is completely inconvenient to look at the screen constantly.
  • If you compare there are not many videos. You can easily browse to the end. But I can’t just write it down as cons. After all, you don’t have to search for a suitable one among a bunch of similar videos. She offers a minimum with maximum benefit covering all the necessary aspects.

I reduced muffin top in several days and as for me she has best abs workouts. 

I recommend it for anyone who just needs 10-20 minute workout with good music and intense movements. 

She is great for the main form of exercise, which is body weight type exercises, 10 to 20 reps 30 seconds for 20 minutes. 

MadFit

Typically on her page there are dance videos. Three five-minutes long dance choreograph style workouts to a good music or you can extend your workout by 10 to 20 minutes.

Pros

  • Such workouts are so much fun. I do her dance exercises when I want to move properly and enjoy what I do.
  • She doesn’t promise incredible results. She never writes “such and such a result for such and such a period,” she says that you need to hear and not what you want. After all, working with your body is a long and difficult journey. Not 2 weeks on one set of exercises.
  • Stretch, yoga, no equipments, dumbbell, cardio, workout marathons and more – these are her main sections.

Cons

  • As always with dance training, you feel out of place. But this needs to be overcome and you will feel at your best
  • You won’t get any training programs, big challenges. It’s worth going to her channel for the sake of dancing.

It’s a good idea to distract yourself and do something fun with benefit. Even though the level of dancing is a pro and you have to sweat it is worth it.

Last but not least. I am still not sure if I can include her to the top 5, but her popularity is growing and her workout videos get millions of views.

The most popular video on the channel Quarantine Bubble Butt Workout got 16 million views. And perhaps this is one of a couple of workouts that helped me grow my butt. That was very difficult for me to do. 

Pros

  • At the moment there are only 14 videos and new ones are released every week. Not much, but to the point.
  • Several viral workouts that have helped many. Lots of reviews from girls who have already tried it.
  • Workouts are quite short, an average of 10 minutes.
  • Great for beginners, easy level mostly.
  • There are training and nutrition plans

Cons

  • Mostly training on the booty and abs. You will not get too carried away, you will definitely have to combine it with other workouts.
  • The channel is just beginning to develop and it is worth paying attention to about 5 workouts. Still very good ones

Final thoughts

Keep in mind that it is worth paying attention not only to the best of the best. There are many more channels that will provide you with the opportunity to change yourself for the better. You will definitely find something of your own. 

But don’t forget that you cannot do the same workout for a long time and wait for your muscles to grow by leaps and bounds. From time to time they need rest, and a change of activity is obligatory.
